Fraser Offshore Ltd (FOL) is a well engineering company providing a full design-and-drill service for offshore oil and gas wells. Our clients are international oil and gas companies, for whom our project teams have since 2004 managed drilling, workover and well abandonment projects with total spend in excess of £230 million. Each project team operates as a dedicated drilling department for an individual client.

Offshore drilling is a high-stakes industry; with crew safety, environmental protection and large investments at stake this work demands rigorous planning, teamwork and professionalism.

Our skills are rooted in the UK Southern North Sea (SNS), where complex geology presents many technical challenges. FOL project teams have unrivalled, continuous SNS experience. Core personnel have performed front-line engineering and management roles on more than 200 offshore wells for major oil and gas companies.

Our people are respected in the industry as top-quality well engineering specialists; disciplines include drilling superintendents, drilling and completions engineers, well services and subsea engineers, offshore drilling supervisors, onshore and offshore logistics specialists, drilling contracts and well cost specialists.
