We continue to seek engineers, logistics specialists and wellsite supervisors who have, or who aspire to, top-end skills in offshore drilling.

Graduate Engineers
A training programme is in place to develop our own team of drilling professionals. The programme will expose candidates to all aspects of well delivery; starting at the sharp end as a Roustabout on an offshore rig and progressing through a structured sequence of classroom and hands- on training to engineering and supervisory positions onshore and offshore. Mentoring by experienced engineers and offshore supervisors is an integral part of the programme. We prefer applicants to have an engineering or earth sciences degree.

Onshore and Offshore Drilling Engineers
These positions require an engineering or earth science degree plus a minimum of five years experience in drilling engineering, preferably in the North Sea.

Drilling Supervisors
Requires well-developed technical skills with an aptitude for safe and efficient leadership at the wellsite. Significant North Sea experience required.
